A little of my story

Hi, I’m Denise Sohandev, and I help women who feel stuck, anxious, or quietly dissatisfied to create a life they genuinely love.

Not by fixing themselves.
Not by pushing harder.
But by understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface.

My work is for women who have done all the “right” things, yet still feel something is missing. Women who sense they’ve outgrown old beliefs, roles, or identities but don’t yet know what comes next. Women who are ready to feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to their purpose.

At the heart of everything I offer is this question:

What would your life look like if you were no longer living from survival, outdated beliefs, or a constantly dysregulated nervous system?

I work at the intersection of:

  • Belief change and mindset re-patterning
  • Breathwork and nervous system regulation
  • Somatic awareness and embodied self-trust
  • Purpose, meaning, and conscious life design

This is not surface-level coaching. It is deep, practical, embodied work that helps you understand why you think, feel, and react the way you do, and how to gently change that from the inside out.

Why This Work Matters

So many women come to me saying the same thing in different words:

“My life looks good, but it doesn’t feel good.”

Anxiety, restlessness, low-grade dissatisfaction, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, over-thinking, or a sense of being lost often aren’t personal failures. They are signs of a nervous system that has learned to stay on high alert, and beliefs that once kept you safe but now keep you small.

When you learn how to regulate your nervous system, work with your breath, and question the unconscious beliefs running your life, everything begins to shift.

Clarity replaces confusion.
Calm replaces constant tension.
Choice replaces autopilot.

My Journey Here

I didn’t arrive at this work through theory alone.

Years ago, while living and working in London, I found myself successful on paper but deeply disconnected from myself. Stress, loss, grief, fertility challenges, and periods of numbing taught me what many women discover later in life: coping is not the same as living.

Yoga was my doorway back into my body. Breathwork taught me how to regulate my emotions. Coaching and inquiry helped me dismantle the beliefs that were quietly shaping my choices.

What changed my life was not one modality, but the integration of mind, body, and meaning.

That integration is now the foundation of my work.
