These journeys are for you when you know something needs to change and you’re ready to meet your life with more honesty, presence, and intention.
Perhaps you feel constantly tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally flat. Your body may be speaking through tension, pain, mood shifts, or health challenges. You’ve tried coping, pushing through, or fixing things from the outside, but deep down you know the answer lies somewhere deeper.
Each journey is a six-session process, with 60-minute one-to-one sessions designed specifically for you. The work is personalised, responsive, and grounded in what is happening in your body and nervous system, not a one-size-fits-all programme.
Using breath, movement, neuroplasticity and Gabor Maté’s compassionate inquiry, we explore the patterns and behaviours shaping your current experience. Together, we uncover where they come from, why they exist, and how to work with them rather than against them as you Create a Life you Love.
These journeys support you to move out of survival mode, gain clarity, and consciously recreate your life in a way that feels calmer, more aligned, and genuinely yours.

Creating a life you love is an integrated process of mind, body, and conscious action. When one is out of balance, the others inevitably follow.
Many women become so focused on surviving day to day that thriving quietly drops off the agenda. Life becomes about getting through the week, managing responsibilities, holding everything together, and keeping stress at bay. Over time, feeling constantly tired, anxious, or emotionally flat begins to feel normal. We forget what it feels like to feel truly well.
Through this journey, we begin by understanding the relationship between the mind and the body. We gently uncover the beliefs, thought patterns, and habits that keep you stuck in cycles of stress, overwhelm, or self-doubt.
We then work somatically with the body, bringing awareness to how you move, how you breathe, how you rest, and how you nourish yourself. A dysregulated nervous system and an exhausted body cannot sustain a calm, resilient mind.
From this place of greater balance and regulation, creation becomes possible. When the mind is no longer consumed by rumination and the body is no longer overwhelmed by tension or pain, clarity returns. You are able to make aligned choices, reconnect with purpose, and consciously create a life that feels meaningful and alive.
Sessions are offered in person in White River or online via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients worldwide. Since 2017, I have supported women across Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and both North and South America.
