Join us online for some mindfulness classes incorporating gentle movement, breath, meditation and deep rest.
This class is inspired by the busy-ness of our lives. Our minds are full, and in order to survive in the 21st century they need to be. These classes teach us how to make sense of busy-ness, to tame the mind so that we are the master and not the slave to our thoughts.
